Watermark Retirement Communities Appoints Executive Director for The Landing
Alexandria senior living community receiving strong interest in advance of early 2022 opening.
Alexandria, Virginia (August 11, 2021) —Watermark Retirement Communities announced the appointment of Richard Ludlow, a senior living industry veteran, as executive director at The Landing, a premier senior living community set to open early 2022 in Alexandria’s Potomac Yard at 2620 Main Line Boulevard.

Prior to joining The Landing, Mr. Ludlow served as executive director for Genesis HealthCare and has held senior positions at assisted living and skilled nursing communities as well as rehabilitation centers in the Washington, D.C. area.
