Increase awareness for expanding commercial leasing company
Situation
McShea & Company, a home-grown firm, was expanding quickly in the
Washington region, but was relatively unknown. New commercial brokers were
being hired to “grow” strategic locations. Few attempts had been made to contact
the metropolitan media about company initiatives. New marketing materials were
scarce.
Strategy
- Worked with company owner to set marketing strategy
