Situation
Industry veterans Marc Ratner, Jon Eisen and Guy Silverman joined forces to offer
expertise in retail brokerage and mixed-use consulting. Over the last six years,
StreetSense has grown and is now engaged by leading developers and retailers.
The principals didn’t feel they were getting recognition in the industry or local
publications and wanted to increase their exposure at industry events.
Strategy
- Developed an overall public relations and marketing strategy
- Introduced key management to the media as new resource
- Proactively researched and identified opportunities to speak at industry events
- Assisted in the launching of an identifiable company brand
Results
StreetSense gained excellent recognition in a feature profile of Jon Eisen in
Washington Business Journal’s OnSite magazine and various other feature articles.
Members of the management team have been quoted in articles, participated in
key industry events and have had their transactions noted in many publications.
Maier & Warner also played a significant role in securing space at ICSC’s Annual
Convention.
