Maier & Warner is pleased to welcome Andrew Gagliano and Tatiana Daniel as its new Public Relations Associates. Both Gagliano and Daniel are responsible for developing and implementing public relations and business strategies for the firm and its corporate, nonprofit, and government clientele. Collectively, they will focus on strategic communications planning, messaging, media relations, client representation, and community engagement.
Gagliano brings a strong foundation of experience as a strategic communication and public relations advisor spanning nearly a decade of diverse roles in communications agencies, military public affairs, politics, broadcast, publishing, digital media, and consulting.
Daniel brings a strong foundation of experience in communications from her roles in public relations and advertising agencies to a full-service marketing firm. Her responsibilities have included developing marketing and PR strategies, including social media strategies, and crisis communications support.

Prior to joining Maier & Warner, Andrew Gagliano was an independent contractor serving nonprofit and association clients with integrated marketing, communications, digital and social media strategies and website development. Andrew was also a graduate fellow with Dale Curtis Communications in Washington, DC and a teaching assistant to Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist, author and associate professor, Wendy Melillo. Originally from Northwest Florida, he holds a master’s degree in strategic communication from American University, and a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from the University of West Florida.
Tatiana Daniel was formerly a senior account executive with LMO in Arlington, VA and oversaw several building industry clients and led a team of associates in providing ongoing proactive media outreach, social media and marketing communications activities. Tatiana managed timelines, budgets, reporting and communications activity. Originally from South Florida, she holds a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Miami.
