LDC Expands into Northern Virginia with New Office in Fairfax 

Allows engineering firm to grow services with focus on its landscape architecture studio 

November 13 2023 (Woodbridge, VA) LDC, a respected land planning, landscape architecture and land development engineering services firm, announced the opening of its second Northern Virginia office. The new office, located at 2650 Park Tower Drive in Vienna, will allow LDC to work closer to its Washington, D.C. area clients and strategically grow its landscape architecture services. The office will provide studio space for approximately 20 LDC associates beginning January 2024. 

 “This is an exciting step forward as our company celebrates nearly 40 years offering land development engineering, planning and surveying services to our valued clients,” said Matt Marshall, president of LDC. “This new office will allow us to continue our mission of providing technical expertise, sustainable design and quality work that contributes to the success of our clients’ projects.”  

 Jessica Bradshaw, director of project management for LDC, will lead the landscape architecture studio at the new Fairfax County office. Ms. Bradshaw brings more than 20 years of experience in land planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.  

 LDC already has a solid reputation in the Northern Virginia community executing on several projects in the area including: Innovation Town Center, Stonebrook at Westfields, Park East at Westfields and Village at Manassas Park, and The Flats at Tysons.
