The Trillium Tysons Experiencing Strong Interest for Priority List
More than 100 prospective residents have made a deposit to be the first to choose independent living residences and options for luxury rental senior community
November 1, 2023 (McLean, Virginia) Silverstone Senior Living, the owner and developer of The Trillium Tysons, shared today that interest is strong for the luxury senior rental community currently under construction at 8400 Westpark Drive in Mclean.
Seeking to break the mold of traditional senior living by providing a lifestyle beyond expectation, The Trillium will offer 181 rental apartments and will include six restaurants and lounges, a day spa and salon, a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop gardens, art studio, community theater, underground parking and more. The Trillium will also offer assisted living and memory care support. Floor plans for independent living feature one-and two-bedroom units ranging from 772 to 2,100 square feet of living space.

This program is a date-based list that is an organized way to work with interested parties in the order in which priority deposits are received. These early depositors will have the opportunity to choose the location and size of their apartment homes. The community is also offering individuals on the priority list substantial savings on the one-time community fee in addition to other Charter Benefits which will be provided to Priority Members making reservations for their new home at The Trillium.
